Seek the Lord and his strength;
 seek his presence continually!

Psalm 105 offers two simple yet powerful reminders.

Seek the Lord and His strength- are you weary? Do you feel like giving up? Are you depressed or lonely? Are you frustrated? Are you worried or afraid? Seek the Lord and His strength- don’t rely on your strength alone. The chapter reminds us that the same God who delivered Joseph and set him in power, and that delivered Moses and the Israelites from Egypt while also supplying their needs supernaturally through the wilderness, is the same God that we can go to for strength.

Seek his presence continually. Seek God, not just daily, but constantly. Enter into his presence through prayer throughout the day. Keep your mind focused on Him and Heavenly things. Like a person newly in love, don’t let your love- God- leave your mind. Stay focused on him each day.
